Horse mackerel in vegetable oil

A preserved fish that is becoming increasingly appreciated in Portugal. Not only for the taste, but also for its nutritional characteristics. Like sardines, the horse mackerel is also a fatty fish, a good source of complex B vitamins, vitamin A, protein and Omega 3 fatty acids, a polyunsaturated fatty acid that protects the heart and helps reduce the risk of attack, controlling the cholesterol levels present in the blood.
