Sardines in Vegetable Oil

The preserved sardine in vegetable oil is a traditional product in the Portuguese diet, which Ramirez is proud to produce since the mid-nineteenth century. Sardine is the fish of reference of the Mediterranean diet and is advised by nutritionists worldwide due mainly to its high content of Omega 3, a polyunsaturated fatty acid that protects the heart and helps reduce the risk of heart attack, controlling the levels of cholesterol present in the blood.
