Sardines in olive oil with pickles

The canned sardines in olive oil with pickles combine a traditional product with a more refined taste conferred by the pickles. Sardine is the fish of reference of the Mediterranean diet and is advised by nutritionists worldwide due mainly to its high content of Omega 3, a polyunsaturated fatty acid that protects the heart and helps reduce the risk of heart attack, controlling the levels of cholesterol present in the blood.
